Overview
Most carts never become orders. Abandoned Cart Reminder watches for carts left behind and sends a multi-step email sequence to bring shoppers back.
Configure timing and messaging, optionally attach a coupon to sweeten the return, and monitor recovery from the admin dashboard. If LiteShop WhatsApp is installed, reminders can also hand off to WhatsApp flows.
Takes over the Commerce abandoned-cart reminder loop when enabled so you have one clear recovery system.

How to use
- Install and activate Abandoned Cart Reminder.
- Open Admin → Abandoned Carts → Settings.
- Enable reminders and configure steps, delays, and email content.
- Optionally add a coupon code for recovery offers.
- Ensure your store can send mail (SMTP / mail settings).
- Watch open carts under Abandoned Carts; run or send reminders as needed.
- (Optional) Activate WhatsApp Sync for WhatsApp recovery handoff.
